  1. Motorcycle Roadworthy and Oil Leaks - A clean Motorcycle not only sells better but also passes more easily because of the at time of inspection rule. Any oil leak that drip on the road way, a mounting, or the exhaust will fail if it is there at time of inspection. If it sweats or doesn't meet the above criteria the motorcycle RWC will Pass without a hassle !

4. Motorcycle Roadworthy and Anything Broken - Is anything broken or not functioning in the intended way, Again we will be more than willing to guide you to have a passed inspection the first time. Give us a call when you are not sure.

5. Motorcycle Roadworthy and Modifications - Any modification to a vehicle on the road needs to be ADR compliant. If you are not sure if it is, contact us to make sure, we will advise you by checking with the examiner we send out to you to make sure we do not give out conflicting information.

5.1 Tidy Tail - A tidy tail is allowed but, there still needs to be a red reflector at the rear of the motorcycle. Mud guard should still be covering the tyre. Number Plate lamp should still be illuminating the number plate. Send us a pic to make sure if you are not.

5.2 Aftermarket Exhaust - An aftermarket exhaust must be ADR compliant and meet noise and emmisions compliance. Exhaust systems should also bear the same part number as on the "Noise Plate". Note that removal of any Baffles, catalytic convertor, sensors or mufflers will be a sure defect.

This list highlights some of the most frequently encountered issues during motorcycle inspections for a Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) in Queensland. By addressing these common problems beforehand, you can ensure your motorcycle meets safety standards and has a higher chance of passing the first inspection. However, it's important to remember that additional defects might be identified during the inspection, requiring repairs before a valid RWC can be issued.
