Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Here's a breakdown of our cancellation and refund policy:

  • Inspections:
    • For weekday (Monday-Friday) appointments, cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
    • Cancellations made on the same day for Saturday appointments are non-refundable.
    • Inspections conducted, regardless of the outcome (pass or fail), are non-refundable. Our fees cover the time and expertise invested in the inspection process.
  • Repairs and Services:
    • Once completed, repairs and services are non-refundable.
    • We offer a 12-month warranty on repairs using parts supplied by Ausmec Mobile RWC & Mechanics, subject to normal vehicle usage. This warranty does not cover repairs using customer-supplied parts, as we cannot guarantee the quality of those parts.

Good News! Cancellations made more than 2 hours in advance for inspections, repairs, and services will be refunded, minus a processing fee for the transaction and any parts restocking charges.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.
