Refund Policy - No refunds for inspections will be granted from 2 hours prior to booked inspection for week days Monday to Friday. No refunds for same day cancelations on Saturdays. Inspections, repairs and services are not subject to any refund after completion. No refunds will be given for inspections conducted regardless of their result, i.e fees for failed Rwc inspections will not be refunded. A warranty of 12 months is provided on vehicle repairs, dependant on vehicle usage, only when parts have been supplied by Ausmec Mobile Rwc and Mechanics. No warranty is provided on jobs where parts are supplied by the customer as we cannot speak to integrity of parts. Inspections, repairs and servicing cancellations, with more than 2 hours notice provided, will be refunded minus transaction and parts reshelving fees.
